Scope
A short paid discovery. You get a written scope, a delivery plan and a fixed price for the first phase before anything larger is committed.

Build
A small team works in two week cycles. At the end of each one there is running software deployed somewhere you can use it.

Ship
Release, monitoring and handover documentation. Code and infrastructure live in your accounts and stay your property throughout.

Support
Most clients keep us on retainer for maintenance and the next phase. You can stop at any cycle boundary without penalty.

A small team of engineers working only on your product, billed monthly. You set priorities each cycle and the team keeps context between them.

What does Vavy Works do?
We are a software and AI product development firm. We build web and mobile applications, backend services, data pipelines and cloud infrastructure, and we build AI features such as retrieval over private data, agents and document processing. The firm also holds long term investments on its own account.
Who owns the code you write?
You do. Code and infrastructure live in your accounts and repositories from the first day, and all intellectual property in the work is assigned to you under the contract.
How do you price work?
Discovery is a short fixed fee. After that most work runs as a monthly retainer for a dedicated team, or as a fixed price per phase where the scope is genuinely fixed. You get the price before the phase starts.
Can you work with clients outside India?
Yes. Most of our work is for clients outside India. You contract directly with the LLP, we invoice in USD, EUR, GBP or AED, and Indian export and tax compliance is handled at our end.
How do you handle time zones?
We work from Hyderabad on IST and keep a deliberate overlap with your working day, which covers most of the working morning in Europe and the early morning on the US east coast. Written updates go out every cycle so progress does not depend on a live call.
Can you work alongside our existing engineering team?
Yes. We often join an existing team, take ownership of a specific service or product area, and work in your repositories, your ticket tracker and your review process.
Do you sign NDAs and data processing agreements?
Yes. We sign NDAs before discovery and data processing agreements before touching production data, and we can work inside your cloud accounts so that data never leaves your control.
What happens if we want to stop?
Retainers end at any cycle boundary with no penalty. You keep the code, the infrastructure and the handover documentation, and we will run a handover session with whoever picks the work up.
